Charlotte and Sunny were great with service and accommodations. The air went out and it was fixed within the hour! Charlotte called in the problem immediately and followed up. Reservations and all details were nice, easy and in order. Hawaii Hideaways even went shopping for our groceries and beautiful flowers and leis upon our arrival! We felt very welcome.Charlotte was was very efficient, spirited and nice!
