WHITE SANDS

This plantation style beachfront home was built in 1993 and was designed to reflect traditional Hawaiian/Asian architecture while complimenting the beautiful, natural landscape of Kailua Beach. Kailua Beach is consistently chosen among the best beaches in the US.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests with its 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath split floor plan. There are three bedrooms (2 queens & 2 twins) upstairs along with a full kitchen and spacious living area. Many large glass windows and 3 patio doors open onto a 1,310 sq. ft. wrap around lanai.

Downstairs you will find an additional king size bedroom and 1.5 baths, a 3/4 kitchen, and a large living/dining area that opens onto a beautifully landscaped lawn. The house is well divided to provide maximum privacy for each bedroom.

White Sands has an open and airy design that draws you to relax along the water. Everything for a beach outing is provided from grass mats and towels, to an outside shower with hot and cold running water. All of this is within a few steps of the ocean. The sounds and views of the beach and surf are always within range. Enjoy the views while relaxing on the lanai or take a stroll down the powder-like beach, whatever your fancy. White Sands is what you expect when you imagine "a Hawaii vacation."
