Ocean Bliss invites you to the natural beauty of Lanikai. Ideally located between Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach, this home provides magnificent views of Flat Island and the crystal turquoise waters of Kailua Bay. Ocean Bliss is a short five minute drive to Kailua town with its bustling boutique shopping, several cafes, and quaint dining spots. Whatever you are craving from a fresh fruit smoothie to a local favorite plate lunch, there is no shortage of options. Kailua/Lanikai is also just thirty minutes from the airport and downtown Honolulu. 

Ocean Bliss is newly refurbished inside and out. This home radiates a clean and fresh feeling. The main entrance to the great room displays stunning art and ocean views and a comfortable living room. Directly adjacent is the dinning room with seating for 8 guests. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen peaks over the bar seating into the dining room while the media area resides just next to the kitchen.

Ocean Bliss features many different gathering areas while connecting each room for easy flow and navigation. The ample seating and living areas also make Ocean Bliss an ideal spot for entertaining. The family room with large screen television provides a perfect place to watch a game or catch up on current affairs. If you are so inclined, there is a weight room complete with exercise equipment. This home is equipped with DVD, digital cable and wireless Internet service.

Ocean Bliss features five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The Master suite, located on the second floor, offers a King bed, stunning ocean view and en-suite bath. The Master bath features a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The Master suite includes complete privacy in the upper North wing of the property. Across the upstairs walkway are two more bedrooms and one shared bath (complete with oceanview shower!). The upstairs ocean bedroom has a King bed. The mountain view bedroom features the only Queen bed in the house. The remaining two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the main level. These King bedrooms share a bath situated with easy access in the main hall. The fourth full bath can be found off the exercise room on the main level.

Ocean Bliss is oceanfront with a spacious lawn. The comfortable lawn furniture and hammock provide plenty of relaxing areas. There is access to Lanikai Beach via a private walk way. Lanikai is an affluent and wonderfully friendly neighborhood. Take pleasure in a five minute stroll to the beach.
