Sunbeam is a 1,000 square feet cottage. Throughout the home, find beautiful vintage Hawaiian inspired textiles and furnishings. Spend time on the lanai and during the season, watch whales frolicking in the waters below. For indoor entertainment, utilize the television with cable in the living room. Sunbeam also features Internet access.

Sunbeam is a newly constructed home which boasts all new furniture, linens and kitchen appliances. If cooking al fresco is preferred Sunbeam is equipped with a bar-be-cue. Enjoy outdoor dining year-round on the covered lanai overlooking the spectacular ocean views and spacious grounds. Relax in the newly-installed Jacuzzi and watch the sunset!

The graciously appointed Master suite features a King-size bed with deluxe bedding, television, air conditioning, and en-suite bath. The Master bath provides an ideal ambience for relaxing in the spa Jacuzzi tub after an adventurous day on Maui. From the Master suite, access the outdoors from the sliding doors leading to the back lanai. The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed with elegant bedding and interiors. The second bedroom also has air conditioning, providing for a cool and peaceful rest.

Roam the gardens of this two acre property and you will discover native foliage and flowers. The hillside location gives a great vantage point for gazing at the expansive ocean below and the island of Lanai which is visible on the horizon. Launiopoko beach park is less than a mile from the property. This beach is well known for its easy surf conditions -- perfect for learning -- soft sand, little waves onshore and puddles for children to play in.
