The property features an open floor plan allowing for ocean views from almost every vantage. The Great Room is composed of the living room, dining room and kitchen connecting to a large outdoor lanai all of which faces the Pacific Ocean. Ample seating in the living area creates the perfect relaxing area for friends and family to gather. The gourmet kitchen features all major and small appliances. If you prefer, cooks and related services are easily arranged. Seaside dinning at your private home is amazing! The fully retractable doors create the perfect balance of indoor/outdoor dining ambience. Just past the Great Room, there is a library with satellite television and DVD player. If you must work while on vacation Molokai Sea Ranch does have wireless Internet. Molokai Sea Ranch is ideal for a family reunion or a gathering of friends. The property can accommodate up to 14 guests. The main house offers sleeping arrangements for 10 guests, ideally 6 adults and 4 children. An additional 4 guests are accommodated in the guest ohana. The main house consists of five bedrooms and four and a half baths. The Master suite is located on the far North side of the home providing complete privacy, a King size bed and en-suite bath. The Master suite also features a private lanai overlooking the long white sandy beach. The Master bath offers a double vanity, bath tub and spacious outdoor shower. The additional bedrooms are on the South side of the home. The second and third bedrooms each feature a Queen bed, private lanai with ocean views and en-suite bath with outdoor shower. The remaining two bedrooms are perfect for children with two single beds in each. The children rooms share a colorful bathroom with plenty of cubby space. Additional guests can be accommodated in the guest ohana, a separate cottage located a hundred yards from the main house across a palm-strewn and native grass meadow.

Enjoy many outdoor activities at Molokai Sea Ranch, with six acres of grounds fronted by a lava cliff overlooking native park land. Explore nearly 800 feet of beach front with well maintained hiking trails leading to hidden hammocks along the soft white sand beach. For an afternoon swim, there is a beautiful swimming pool purified by ultraviolet light. Poolside sunbathing is a tranquil experience with never-ending ocean views that alternate between hues of blue. Molokai Sea Ranch has a horseshoe pitch, the perfect activity for family fun and lifelong memories.

Molokai Sea Ranch is a short fifteen minute drive from the airport and a ten minute drive to the closest restaurant at Molokai Ranch. Sea Ranch Guest Ohana:

The Molokai Sea Ranch ohana shares the six acre beachfront lot with the Molokai Sea Ranch main house. This lovely cottage is perfect for a small family traveling alone or accompanying friends or family staying at the Molokai Sea Ranch. The spacious main floor is elegantly designed with a large open beam ceiling and tasteful splashes of color creating a true sense of Hawaiian comfort. Enjoy the perks of a newly constructed home with brand new appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a wonderful dining table complete with ocean views. The sitting area makes for a prefect perch to watch nature or the large television with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa.

Molokai Sea Ranch Cottage easily accommodates four guests in one and half bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The Master suite is located in the loft and features a King size bed and en-suite bath with shower. Additional two guests can be accomodated on the pull out bed located on the main floor.The half bath is located on the main floor next to the laundry room behind the kitchen.
