Ocean Spritz is located along the elegant and private street of Kapalua Place in the heart of Kapalua. Known for its stunning mountain and ocean views scattered with Pine trees and tropical flowers, Kapalua is simply a place of magic and the perfect location for your Maui vacation.

Ocean Spritz is a seven bedroom house that can sleep up to 16 guests, making it the perfect home for a large family gathering or corporate retreat. The spacious gourmet kitchen allows for tropical creations. With two full-size refrigerators, two islands and bar seating, there is plenty of room to have several chefs in the kitchen! Directly off the kitchen is a dining room with seating for up to 12 guests. A few steps down off the kitchen is the casual living room with big screen TV, bar, and circular sofa. The fully equipped media/game room begs to be enjoyed. Here the kids or the young-at-heart can play pool, watch TV on another large screen television or simply hang out as one tends to do on vacation.

On the lower level, there is one wing of two bedrooms. Each features a Queen size bed, en-suite bath, and fun ambiance, prefect for children. These two bedrooms open onto a small living area with television and easy access to the pool lanai. Upstairs, the expansive Master bedroom offers a King size bed, large en-suite bath and wonderful ocean views. Next to the Master is a King size bedroom with access to a shower and does have a separate entrance. Adjacent to the Master is the fifth bedroom with King bed and en-suite bath. Down the hall is the sixth bedroom with one King bed and private bath. The seventh bedroom is lcoated on the ground floor and doubles as an office space with its Queen murphy bed and private bath. In all, Ocean Spritz can easily accommodate 14 guests in beds plus room for additional children in the living area located between the two downstairs Queen bedroom suites.

Ocean Spritz is less than a half mile from Kapalua’s fine dining, entertainment, cultural events, two renowned golf courses, tennis courts, art galleries, and boutique shopping. For additional restaurants, entertainment, and shopping, Kaanapali is just 10 minutes away.

A barefoot walk down the driveway leads you to a private gated access of Oneloa Bay with beautiful white sand and a public boardwalk. Enjoy Maui’s tropical climate by sunbathing pool-side in your backyard or wondering over just across the street to the sands of Oneloa Bay. A short walk away is Kapalua Beach, this gem of golden sand bounded by swaying palm trees and the rolling lawns of Maui's most exclusive resorts. Kapalua Beach offers safe swimming conditions year-round. Ocean Spritz is a terrific find for those needing large accommodation, access to entertainment and exquisite sandy beaches.
