South Seas is a beautiful, romantic and private 3,000 sq ft newly constructed home.  Offering an excellent beachfront location any party of 10-12 guests will enjoy the beach access, calm waters and easy access to shops, restaurants and activities.

South Seas’ open floor plan gives the property a wonderful open and spacious feel, perfect for the family. Every door and window opens to a garden setting. The private garden and lava rock waterfall immediately set the ambiance of a tropical Hawaiian paradise.  Enjoy the paradise setting birds chirping, palms swaying in the ocean breeze and the smell of the Pacific Ocean. Few properties in the world give you this indoor/outdoor tropical experience.

Whether you have little children, adults or seniors, South Seas is recommended for all. South Seas amenities include 4 flat screens TVs, fax machine and I-Pod port.  There is air conditioning throughout as well as high-speed wireless Internet.

 The Master suite is directly beachfront with a King bed. The Master Bath features a soaking tub, large shower with body jets and a rain shower head. The second bedroom offers 2 Full beds with the window opening to one of the outdoor gardens. The en-suite bath has a custom marble soaking tub. The third bedroom presents the option of being utilized as a den with its sitting area or simply as a bedroom with its 2 Queen beds. This room is very large at approx. 700 sq. ft. and open to a private tropical outdoor garden.  All of the bathrooms are reminiscent of a spa with its materials, bathrobes and luxurious towels.  Additional guests can be accommodated on the Queen pull-out sofa.

South Seas offers 150 ft of ocean frontage.  With its shallow and gentle waters, this is a great and safe place for children to play. The shoreline is a protected reef perfect for kayaking and snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding and long long walks.

The difference of vacationing in a home with your own private beach is exponential compared to any other accommodation. Imagine walking in and out of the house to your private beach without having to walk 10 minutes to your room. Imagine sitting in the living room, or at the dining room table, or in the master suite watching whales. Waking up first thing in the morning and pulling your kayak into the water and being surrounded by giant sea turtles is an experience few get, and all will remember for a lifetime.
