Imperial Point is a gated Hawaiian Estate offering unsurpassed, beachfront elegance.  Constructed in 2008, this property features two buildings connected by a private, pool-lounge area. Views of the ocean from every bedroom and custom hand-made furniture make this luxury estate unforgettable. 

The property is on over half an acre of land with an expansive, manicured lawn leading to the ocean. A large pool, offering plenty of seating area, is a great way to cool off and unwind.  Or create a sensational island meal on the high-end, stainless steel BBQ.  To further enhance your enjoyment and explore the ocean around you, pool/beach toys are provided as well as kayaks.  Upon your return an outdoor showers await to refresh and revive.

Walking thru both houses, you will be rewarded with a magnificent, vaulted roof and stunning, hardwood floors. Laid out in an open-living space design with ceiling to floor windows, the dining room/kitchen area is a definite crowd pleasure.  The gourmet kitchen features two gas ranges, two ovens and beautifully crafted cabinetry.

The main house has two master bedrooms with king beds, both granting marvelous, full ocean views. Exquisitely designed en suite bathrooms have double sinks, travertine tile, and deep bathtubs. Private lanais from every bedroom in the house allow your guests to relish the fresh, ocean breeze no matter which room their in.  For little ones, a room furnished with bunk beds is ready for fun filled moments.  An additional guest bedroom has a queen sized bed.  Both the kid’s room and the guest room have private bathrooms.  The second house has three bedrooms all with queen beds and private bathrooms.  Soft lighting and a deluxe neutron sound system creates ambiance both inside the house and around the pool.

Imperial Point is located on Kailua beach, voted “Best Beach in America” in 1998, a short 20 minute drive from the Honolulu airport.  With breathtaking scenery of the surrounding Ko’olau Mountains and a true community feel, Kailua has much more to offer than just beautiful white sand.  The town offers wonderful shopping, extraordinary restaurants, and fun-filled festivals during the holiday seasons.  An off-shore reef protects this 2.5 mile beach making it ideal for swimming.  For those who wish to have a bit more adventure, this area is known worldwide for its windsurfing.  Kayaking, surfing, kiteboarding or simply watching the turtles surface in the bay are also available activities.
