Sea Shore House is a newly built 4,500 square foot home on a half acre property with 175 ft ocean frontage. As you enter the home, your eyes will fill with wonderment as you gaze at the ocean directly in front of you. The entryway features an atrium with pond and fountain, and a half bath for guest use. The floors are travertine throughout for cool clean living. Sea Shore House is fitted with central air conditioning and a central stereo system with separate controls in every room of the ground floor. There are even speakers in the Master bath steam shower! The living area is composed by the dining area and sitting room with fully retractable doors and an atrium with fountain that open up to bring the ocean and Maui in. The kitchen is also ocean side and appointed with stainless steel appliances and wine refrigerator. Equipped with every small appliance, the kitchen is top of the line. Every gourmand and wine connoisseur will appreciate a culinary experience here. The property comes equipped with high-speed wireless Internet.

The second Master features a King size bed and a prime oceanfront corner location. You will comfortably experience the majesty of nature here. Two walls of this Master are composed of glass and fully retractable doors. The en-suite bath is no less exquisite, with steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. The cabinets are custom made with ironwood, and the sinks are copper bezel. There is a large walk in closet with plenty of storage for an extended stay. The remaining two bedrooms each feature Queen size beds and en-suite baths. Relish in the ambiance created by the imported antique doors and mirrors. This beach is sometimes referred to as Mantokuji beach for its close proximity to the Mantokuji Buddhist temple. This property is located on Maui's North shore. During the Winter months, the waves are perfect for expert surfers. There are beaches adequate for children just minutes away.
