Sand Dollar predominately occupies the second story. The living room/media area and kitchen are on the second level opening onto the balcony lanai with BBQ and ocean views. Two bedrooms including the Master are located on the upper level.  The downstairs is composed of two bedrooms, laundry room and an outdoor lanai surrounded by a grassy area with a second BBQ and dining.  The attached ohana is also located on the ground level.

A total of ten guests are comfortably accommodated in five bedroom suites, each with its own full bath.  The Master Suite, located on the upper level, offers a King size bed.  The second suite on the second floor offers a Queen size bed.  The third bedroom located on the first floor offers a King size bed.  The fourth bedroom, also located on the first floor offers, a Queen size bed.

Sand Dollar offers additional privacy to an accompanying couple with a separate-entrance to the fifth bedroom studio. The fifth bedroom studio features a private living area, kitchenette, Queen bed and private bath.

The entire property is situated on a beachfront estate but does not offer direct beach access. One hundred and fifty feet from Sand Dollar's front door is a path leading to a beach shower and the soft sand and child-friendly waves of Keawakapu.
