GOLDEN SKIES

Golden Skies is situated across the street from the ocean.  This private, extravagant and newly built estate includes two seperate neighboring homes offering a total of nine bedrooms, and nine baths accomodating up to twentytwo guests.  Both homes are well appointed with beautiful wood cabinetry, hardwood floors, warm contemporary furnishings, wireless internet and central air conditioning.  The estate's dazzling interior, compliments the two large living areas with luminous ocean views sweeping through the extended lanais of each home.  The chef's of the party will admire the top of the line appliances,bountiful granite countertops and breezy flow to keep them engaged with the social activity while in the midst of preperation.  

Four of the nine bedrooms are distinct Master Suites.  Within each suite lies a King size bed, en-suite bath, lanai access and ocean views.  This superb layout offers Master Suites on each level.  The single story front house consists of four of the nine bedrooms.  Here you will find two of the Master Suites, a third bedroom with Queen size bed and seperate ohana.  The ohana is an excellent option for the guests that desire an added sense of privacy.  The ohana guest will enjoy their own kitchenette, en-suite bath and fold out bed.  The remaining five bedrooms are found next door, at our Island Flair. This home offers bedrooms on both levels.  The main level includes the third Master Suite and third bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bath.  On the second level you will discover the fourth Master Suite and fourth bedroom with Queen size bed, en-suite bath, lanai access and ocean views.  In addition, the fifth bedroom consists of two Twin size beds and en-suite bath.

The outdoor living areas admirable layout, and lush tropical landscaping captures the character of this angelic setting.  The expansive ocean view lanais offer various sitting areas and splendid covered extensions to the living and dining areas.  The pool is located at the front house.  With this being the highly desired outdoor gathering area, the near BBQ grill will be put to good use for your playful group of sunset watchers.  Golden Skies enchanting location and bountiful amenities will charm each guest desires.
