Enjoy this spectacular estate in one of the best spots throughout the islands of Hawaii!  Beach Joy is located in one of the most exclusive gated estates in Kona, Kona Bay Estates.   Swimming is great at Keiki Beach, a protected lagoon with gentle waters and soft sandy bottom. Keiki Beach is just a short 100 feet walk across the street from Beach Joy.  Expand your exploration of the Big Island and discover spectacular natural landscapes, hikes through historical landmarks, golf, ocean adventures and much more. 

With over 5,000 square feet of living areas, Beach Joy is a delightful treasure! Guests receive a warm welcome with its spacious three level tropical decor. Enjoy the state of the art kitchen, dining areas inside and out and 2 sitting areas.  Beach Joy is perfect for any Hawaii vacation.

This lovely Hawaii vacation home consists of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, perfect for a large party up to 8 adults, plus children. Three bedrooms including the Master Suite are located on the upper, third, level.  The Master suite features a King size bed, en-suite bath and a private lanai. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed.  The third bedroom features King size bed.  Bedroom four is located on the right wing of the main level with a King size bed.  Additional guests are accommodated in the entertainment room’s two sofa futons.   

Beach Joy provides everything you need! A media room with wet bar and refrigerator, a pool table, pool and BBQ with lanai dining area. Of course, don’t forget Keiki Beach just 100 feet from the house.  A short distance from the Kona Bay Estates, dining, shopping, community tennis courts, and soccer fields are plentiful.  A great setting year round or anytime of the day!
