Experience Cool Waters! The ocean is warm but the sleek Hawaii design makes this a very cool property right on the water.  Our luxury 3,100 square foot home is located on the most desiresable beach in Kona. The beach is semi-private because of the limited access and is within a small enclave that has 24 hour security. You just put on your bathing suit and walk out the door to either the beach or your private pool.   

Cool Waters is 3,100 square feet of sophisticated living. Relax with friends and family in the great room and marvel at extended ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen features subzero refrigerator, granite countertops and a lanai offering sweeping views of the coast line and the beach below.

Cool Waters sleeps six guests with three bedrooms and two and a half baths.  The spacious Master Suite has a large private lanai facing the ocean and is located on the second floor.  King size bed, en-suite bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower maximize the Master amenities.  Two Guest Suites are located on the main floor.  The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed.  The third bedroom offers two Twin size beds.
