Set in seclusion on five acres of oceanfront grounds at the extreme end of Kauai's north shore, Private Sands is a comfortable, Hawaiian-style, beachfront home.
With magnificent ocean and mountain views from the broad, protected wrap-around lanai, the house is a perfect retreat. It has a great grassy lawn for children and grown-ups to enjoy and a natural path down to the beach fronting this magnificent property.
Private Sands offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located in the main house. The third bedroom/bath suite is connected to the main house by the covered lanai. The bedroom configuration consists of 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twins. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and salt and a two-car garage. The caretaker's cottage is near the entrance of the drive onto the property.
Enjoy activities nearby including playing in the sands at Ke'e Beach with seasonal swimming and snorkeling. Bring your hiking shoes! The wet and dry caves and hiking trails into Kalalau Valley are amazing. Haena Beach Park and Tunnels Beach offer seasonal snorkeling. Hanalei Town is a 20-minute drive and another five minutes to the Princeville resort area's stores and restaurants.
