Coconut Shores is a newly constructed home on the beach in Kihei.  Enjoy breathtaking evening sunsets and warm trade winds.  The spacious floor plan includes two living areas; one on the main level with an additional family room upstairs.   Gourmet kitchen features top end appliances.  This beach front home was designed to capture the essence of Hawaii; every living area has an ocean view.

Coconut Shores is four bedrooms with four and a half bathrooms.   The Master Suite is on the main level with additional two suites upstairs.  Step out the sliding doors of the Master Suite to enjoy sunset views and warm trade winds.  The Master Suite features King size bed and en-suite bath.  The second bedroom features a King size bed and en-suite bath.  The third bedroom features two Twin size beds and en-suite bath.   The  fourth bedroom offers ultimate privacy, located in a separate structure commonly known as an ohana, complete with small kitchenette and King size bed.   An additional guest  may be accomodated on a single roll away placed in the donwstairs office.
