WATER LILIES

Water Lilies is a breathtaking property located on the fifth fairway of the championship Mauna Kea golf course. Upon opening the gates, the sights and sounds of the fabulous water gardens will transport you to another dimension. Brimming with exotic species of water lilies and colorful flashes of huge Japanese Koi, it's these gardens that provide the name Water Lilies. Throughout your stay, you will gasp at breathtaking vistas in every direction and at spectacular sunsets over the ocean and of course, at views of Mauna Kea, Moana Loa, Maui and the Kohala Range.

Upon entering Water Lilies through the gardens, you will continue to the main floors spacious open air dining area complete with one of the three working bars and access to one of two full kitchens. The main floor also features a state of the art, theatre style media room and lavish decor with custom-designed Asian-style furnishings. The second level is no less impressive, including the entrance via the spiral staircases leading from the extravagant backyard patio. Second level is home to a marvelous living/entertainment room which features custom designed Koa wood couches and two antique coffee tables made of Burmese Temple drums. The second dining room and kitchen complete with walk in pantry and wine cellar are also located on the second level. Walk along the outdoor terrace which encompasses two thirds of the second floor to access three bedrooms.

Water Lilies comfortably accommodates 12 guests with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The Master suite and two bedrooms are on the main level of Water Lilies. The Master bedroom is exquisite with King size bed, luxurious bedding and a lavish en-suite bath complete with marble Jacuzzi tub and indoor and outdoor gardens with orchids and fragrant flowers. For the health conscious, utilize the modern in-home gym with access from the Master suite. The two additional bedrooms are composed of one King and one Queen. The additional three bedrooms are on the second floor and composed of one Queen bedroom and two Twin bedrooms. Each of the six bedrooms offers privacy and spectacular views.

Water Lilies offers many additional amenities including: a fully appointed office/study with computer, high speed Internet access and fax, a telephone system with twenty extensions and complete conferencing and intercom capabilities, individual sound systems for every room and the lanai. A very popular amenity is the resort privileges which entitles guests to full golf, tennis, beach, dining and all resort privileges at the famous Mauna Lani resorts.

Water Lilies offers the optimum outdoor living including two spacious lanais and two outdoor bars on the main level. Bask your days away at the edge of the stunning pool and Jacuzzi. The top floor features an additional patio, ideal for stargazing and sunbathing.
