TURTLE VISIONS

Turtle Visions rests along a secluded cove which locals aptly named Turtle Bay. Spend your vacation gazing at perfect ocean views, turtles, spinner dolphins, manta rays and during the season, Humpback whales. This property provides a half acre of ocean front real estate just two miles from downtown Kona. The ideal location combines the seclusion of a private retreat with the convenience and excitement of a popular tourist destination.

From the moment you enter the beautiful French doors etched by a local artist, you will be overcome with the spirit of Hawaii. Turtle Visions features Hawaiiana décor throughout the 5,000 square feet of living space. The spacious great room provides plenty of seating with three furniture groupings and fabulous ocean views through the magnificent 42 foot sliding glass doors. A large granite dining table provides settings for fourteen making Turtle Visions an ideal home for large parties or entertaining. Additional guests can be accommodated on twelve barstools around the kitchen bar top. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a SubZero refrigerator, two additional refrigerator drawers, extra freezer drawer, full size dishwasher, two additional dishwasher drawers, double oven, microwave and a five burner cook top.

For entertainment, Turtle Visions features a multi-sofa and comfy media room with recliners and small kitchenette complete with sink, refrigerator, and microwave. Some teenagers will never leave! The entertainment center features a big-screen TV with surround sound, DVD player and local cable. Turtle Visions also has a high speed internet connection.

Turtle Visions accommodates 12-14 guests with six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Access to the first Master suite by the Koa stairwell is just off the Great Room. The Master suite features King bed, seating area with Queen size pull-out, a private lanai with spectacular ocean views and a marvelous en-suite bath designed with granite counter tops and a tile shower with water tower. The second Master suite is accessible also off the Great Room and features two sleeping areas, en-suite bath, ocean views and easy access to the lanai and ocean through sliding glass doors. There is a Queen size bed in the sleeping loft and a Queen size pull out in the first floor sitting room. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and en-suite bath with tile shower and vanity. The fourth bedroom also offers a Queen size bed and en-suite bath appointed with a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination. The fifth bedroom features Queen size bed and en-suite bath with glass block shower and skylight. The sixth bedroom features two Twin beds and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.

Relax poolside at Turtle Visions and enjoy an outdoor meal prepared on either of the large grills. With plenty of lanai furniture, pool, Jacuzzi and ocean views you will certainly enjoy the best of Hawaii and create life long memories at Turtle Visions.
